Made-to-order transactions require a 50% deposit (cash, debit or credit). These transactions are excluded from any ‘no deposit finance’ offers. Deposits on made-to-order items cannot be paid using finance.

Warranty conditions apply as per Focus on Furniture’s standard warranty policy, available on our website.

A failure by the manufacturer or other variables may affect the reliability and at such times Focus On Furniture will not be held responsible for the delays in delivery that are outside of our control. DELIVERY TIMES (important): We are not able to quote delivery lead times on online orders. To get a better indication on lead times you can contact your allocated store or our customer service department.
